By accessing or using TradeRonin ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Service

TradeRonin is a trading journal and analytics platform that allows users to:

• Import and track trading executions from supported brokers
• Analyze trading performance with metrics and charts
• Receive AI-powered insights and recommendations
• Maintain notes, tags, and grades for trades
• Connect multiple brokerage accounts

The Service is provided "as is" and is intended for informational and educational purposes only. We do not provide investment advice, trading recommendations, or financial planning services.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Ensuring your account information remains accurate and up-to-date

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

4.1 Free and Paid Plans

TradeRonin offers both free and paid subscription plans. Free plans have limited features. Paid plans provide additional features as described on our pricing page.

4.2 Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription fees.

4.3 Free Plan

We offer a free Basic plan with limited features. Free plan users may upgrade to a paid plan at any time to access additional features. No credit card is required for the free plan.

4.4 Refunds

We encourage users to try our free Basic plan before upgrading to ensure our service meets your needs. Refunds for paid subscriptions are provided at our sole discretion on a case-by-case basis.

4.5 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time.

5. Broker Integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party brokerage accounts to import trading data. By connecting a broker:

• You authorize us to access your trade data through the broker's API
• You represent that you have the right to share this data with us
• You understand that broker integrations are subject to the broker's terms and availability
• You acknowledge that we are not responsible for broker API outages or data discrepancies

Broker credentials are encrypted and stored securely. You may disconnect brokers at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Circumvent any security measures or rate limits
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service
• Upload malicious code or content

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by TradeRoninand is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your trading data remains your property. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process, display, and analyze your data solely to provide the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
• Any defects in the Service will be corrected
• The Service will meet your specific requirements

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRADERONIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Trading losses or missed opportunities
• Business interruption
• Cost of substitute services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Not Financial Advice

Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Always consult with a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TradeRonin, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service will cease immediately
• We may delete your account and data
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TradeRonin operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms and changing the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
